I want to find out which port that POP3, SMTP or IMAP is using. Is there a way to check this via SSH or finding them on cPanel or Plesk?

If you haven't changed the ports then they will be as follows:

=== POP3 ===
Non-SSL: 110
SSL: 995

=== IMAP ===
Non-SSL: 143
SSL: 993

=== SMTP ===
Non-SSL: 25
SSL: 465

I tried to send an email vis SMTP but the output is : "SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host."

the default option of SMTP host is "localhost" for SMTP Host and SMTP Port: 25
Encryption: No encryption.

I changed SMTP host to smtp.mydomain.com but both cases didn't work.

Cpanel settings can be found in the Client email section.

Plesk i have no idea but the ports that where listed above are the default ones.

Hello ,
If you want to check list of ports then you see the /etc/services.
Here all the ports detail are present. Apart from that you may check ports for particular service by looking in its configuration file.
And if you want to check port is listening or not then you may run netstat -ntulp .

If you have access to CPanel, then you can check the configuration for setting up email under email setup wizard section.

https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/Email+Accounts#EmailAccounts-SetUpEmailClient

Mail Client Manual Settings

Under this you will see the ports and outgoing , incoming server details. Some hosting companies may change ports, if that is the case, you should probabily contact them and ask for details.

As other memeber suggested those are default ports, but as I said your host might have changed them.

Thanks.

Most of the time SMTP, POP3 and Imap ports are default on cPanel server. If they are different you when check with them email accounts and check the configuration settings.
