I'm interested in your opinion

I have 4 sites

One of the 4 works perfectly. During the day, I have 10,000 visitors. It is a video portal where there is not a video which was uploaded to the local server where the page is uploaded.

In all of my weight is 4 web sites = 12gb

Another web page hosted on the same lot is a serious wordpress news site that posting the news itself and save thumbnails of images on a local server.

We have 22,000 news with 12,000 images.

I'm interested in the VPS server would have to recommend to the SSD and HDD at least 4 gb ram to my visitors continued to enjoy rapid uploading my site.

My budget allow me 25$ monthly

Thank you in advance

A $25 budget for 4GB of RAM and SSD Storage is way too low; the average going rate for a VPS of your requirements would be $10/GB for the RAM, inclusive of storage and network capacity. By paying any less you are not only giving up performance by going with an unsustainable price range provider that would need to heavily oversell resources but also it limits the level of support that you can achieve from said provider.

Do you currently have experience in managing and setting up linux web servers? If not, the cost goes up due to control panel or management needs.

As per your requirement I will suggest you try waxspace $15/Month plan.
Sounds good, but it´s only Disk Space 20 GB SSD

No, i do not. But i understand, and i am ready to pay 30$. It is highly competitive and has to be someone somewhere that offers my requirements.

Of course the market is highly competitive and I am not saying it isn't, however for RELIABLE services you will want to raise your budget if you are seeking that number of resources.

If you are looking for Cheap VPS at an unsustainable price and don't mind downtime and poor support levels, then LET is probably your best bet.

Hosting is a very competitive market, but servers still cost a lot of money and hosting companies have to be able to turn a profit to stay in business.

Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for'!
BudgetVM is one of the cheapest VPS hosts around. A lot of people use them just because they are so cheap, but take a look at their reviews. https://webhostinggeeks.com/user-reviews/budgetvm/

However even with them, your looking at $45/mo for a VPS with SSD and 4gb of RAM.

I agree with ElixantTechnology, if running a website with pretty high traffic then $30 could get 3GB of RAM normally and it's not enough for you to run a website properly.

So you could need to go with higher requirements then go with an extra budget for it or you have to find a web hosting with that price that not easy.

Perfect,

That's about the right price range. Now, there are a lot of providers kicking around here that can help you out.

I used Digital Ocean but left it for slow loading speed. Server Pilot then never heard before.

I would suggest the OP should spend a little money to check some hosting providers at the same time and find out who is the best for you.

Budget is low but you can find many providers. There is many hosting providers are exist who sell even more then 100GB disk under $25(overselling)

If you need a serious provider then you need to spend more money and earn more from your news site, Try to use optimized images and use 1 image instead of using plugins to split same image with different different size.
