Indeed SEO hosting does exist and it is in support to building PBNs (private blog networks).... When building a PBN it is extremely important that your sites are not located on the same web server, especially to that of your money site... If they are co-located then that is a strong indicator that the site providing the backlink is part of a PBN with it being easy to pick that out through the server IP. Hence SEO hosting provides multiple class C IPs at server level. However I do not recommend it.... Ironically by being with a SEO hosting firm in the first place you're basically telling G that you are gaming the serps... So my best advice is stay away!!! In fact its way better to have multiple hosting accounts with different providers together with different domain registrars - which looks much more natural than hosting your sites with a seo hosting firm...
NO! It does not help improve rankings... Like I said this is for people who want to build PBNs.. It is the PBN which can help improve your rankings through backlinks and not SEO hosting...
