I was kinda curious how you guys and gals stay into your Internet Marketing "flow".
Everyday, to do the work which is needed to keep your online business going....:rolleyes2:
Its not easy thats for sure lol... The more you expand into different niches the more complicated it becomes... Its a juggling act... I actually developed my own database to manage that which helps with managing contracted work to freelancers etc also... My approach is different to Nytshade - although I'm certainly looking more to social media these days so that definitely counts... but that said I still meddle around with GSA, IP proxies, PBNs and smashing the sh** out of G for fun and for learning hahahaha lol as that part of trying to beat/understand G's algo is truly my hobby/passion ;-) .... But that said I'm much more reformed these days....
For my best niches I keep it above board and run it like a business with the meticulous planning primarily based on content marketing.... a rolling plan for 6 months+ at a time....with costs and fiscal investment and ROI determined as part of milestones/review phases... and revised planning for next round implementation....
My approach is to make sure everything is scheduled/planned well in advance... e.g. new niches, 50+ articles, competition analysis etc... Break it down so that each task is small... each day and then make it so that you have only a handfull to worry about....
Generally speaking I use a hybrid approach of ads when starting new campaigns - specifically to list build whilst in parallel using SEO/content marketing.... for the long haul..... The key is to be extremely organized and to bite the bullet and just do the stuff you have planned.... but keep in mind only take on what you can chew, outsource the rest..... Staying motivated is not easy... Have a read of my post here and you'll see a little more of what I do when I'm in that zone:

I hope that helps! Stay motivated... keep your plans simple for each day but also an eye for the long haul ;-) My biggest motivation is personal circumstances - kids, wife all needing to be looked after... Its enough for me to keep me on my toes and to try my best to stay on top of things ;-)
Above all stay happy and spend time with your loved ones - as that makes everything easier....
Cheers,
Sid
