Removed Sidebar in Posts at Forums for Offering Products or Services

Good day to all!

From Shane's idea, I removed Sidebar in Posts at Areas for offering Products or Services

So, now we will not see sidebar in post for offering, this avoids Adverting in Adverting.

Sidebar will not appear at posts in forums as following:
