Hello Lisa.

All of them are correct and they stand for the same term. Whether you call it eBook or e-book, there is no difference at all.

It's just the preference of each person.

I always use eBook. It's just more common to have the 'e' lower case and I think it looks the most appealing that way. But like Nick said, it's all a matter of personal preference.

The woord eCommerce comes to mind. I've never seen it Ecommerce but may have seen it e-commerce. I like it with out the dash.

The word that comes to my mind is iPad and someone might say it's wrong to write it as Ipad or ipad, but it's just a matter of preference. Meaning, it doesn't matter how you use it, all those words are correct simply choose one you feel comfortable using.

That's a good question because I'm now asking myself how I write it and realize I always change it :D
