Email Marketing Softwares or Online Email Services

I am getting confused between choosing email marketing software or online email service
I can go with paid service but does anyone tried both, pleas share me which one I should choose?

My advise is Online Email Services bcoz all you have to do is create email template and send but if you are professional and can manage server and software go for it.

A small problem I don't know email marketing software can do better than email services, that's my email can go to customers' inbox or spam box? thing I think email services can avoid that :)

there are some configurations and settings need to be done on server so that emails can go to customers inbox.

I'd recommend going with a direct email marketing platform, such as Mailgun over at Rackspace. Reason being is a lot of providers are very strict about email marketing & spam. Better safe than sorry.

You said right, I've just got refund from getresponse because these rules and I couldn't do anything as I want with their services, looking for other services.
I am checking yours recommended me lovestruck

I will suggest you to use email marketing service, because you do not need to be worried about any thing, you don't need to create email or they have techniques about modern email marketing. Email marketing software will only help to create email.

As a computer repair person, I know it's only a matter of time for your computer to crash with your software and contacts in it. I'm a big fan of working online. Caution is advised to make sure your email service allows you to export your email list in case you switch email services. Last time I checked Aweber did not allow this.
