I would like to know about Youtube ranking for my videos on it.

What things below make a Youtube video ranking higher or on top of other videos?
The number of views
Trusted author
Likes
Keywords
Subscribers
Links
Good description
...

Based on some practical experience, I'd recommend to pay more attention to Title, Description, Retention and Thumbnail.
These things I find most important

I still think like DNP already said... title and the thumbnail are the most important factors for a succesfull video on youtube.
