Ok, the point is that you use this unwritten rule: "The more you give the more you get"
When people know you, like you and trust you, they will be prepared to buy from you.
So how do you get this done, you might ask?
Remember these ration: sent 5 emails with useful valued information to 1 email with an offer!
To get newsletter niche material, check the Internet marketing forums and yahoo answers
YouTube and google itself

The legalities with email marketing are many. Be sure that you follow the CAN-SPAM Act which recommends a double opt-in procedure when adding emails to the list. Please so be sure that there is a fully functional opt-out procedure.

Yes it is important that you have a permission to email your prospects and b you have an unsubscribe link in your emails. It takes time to build up a responsive email list and the more you give the more you will get. Stories are also important. Talk to your subscribers like you will talk to a friend. Let them know you are there to help and always encourage them to connect with you either on facebook google plus or skype or even respond to your emails. The more interaction you have with your emails the less chance they have of landing in spam boxes
Also do not put too many links in your emails as this can also affect the spam rate.

Here are the new rules of email marketing

1.) The behaviors that indicate an email marketing is cheap” mentality vs. an email marketing's ROI is high” mentality
2.) The results of these two lines of thinking on marketplace adoption of marketing automation and mobile-friendly email design and trends in deliverability
3.) The disconnect between what marketing leaders say is important and those marketplace realities
4.) Why it's time to acknowledge that email marketing is no longer cheap and that trying to compress email marketing costs is a losing long-term strategy
