I'm going to hire some writers write articles for me. I thought will find them via forums, fiverr or freelancer but how to know quality articles that they can provide me are good or not, also know them as good writers?

Any advice :)

You can ask them to write a topic, they will send you samples for comparing, evaluating
Their field experience and field you require, they have correlation?

You can always tell a good writer from an ordinary one by the way you are moved by the writing approach. Her choice of words, the manner she presents her story or article are well organized, mostly free from grammatical errors and neither too short or too long.

A good writer always introduce a problem or topic at the beginning, talks about the facts and figures or arguments and ends with a compelling conclusion meant to engage its readers.

The best way to know if a writer is good or not is via his actual samples of work in the absence of any established credence in the industry. Some put writers on the spot by requesting them to write an article on a general topic and given the limited time period will test the writer's capability and quality of writing under pressure.

Whenever I try new writers, I run their document through Grammarly, the Flesch reading score, and if applicable I also test the keyword density.
The most important would be Flesch, followed by Grammarly and then keyword density.

I would also test it with a plagiarism tool and a SEO checker.

Have them give you a test articles. So you can check the grammar and the keyword effectiveness.

I assess a writer if he is good if he knows how to draw his readers into the content. It means to say that he is bringing them to what he writes, feeling every word out of it, and understanding how would his readers react to what he is writing.

There should be a good vocabulary, because if not, you will lead people to confusion.

The easiest way to know whether or not a writer is good or not is by looking their portfolio, bogs, or books. If you don't find any of those proofs, you cay ask them to a topic. But in this topic, I don't really get what you mean by "good" in writing. For me, a good writer is not only about good in grammar, but how the writer performs writing a topic in an area the writer is capable of.
