You dont have to keyword stuff. Make your content natural. Search Engines are getting better and better at understanding content instead of focusing solely on the keywords.
Make sure that your content solves a problem. Dont focus on just the keywods. Having your primary keyword in the title tag, Header tag and naturally within your content is enough. With the rest of your content, use synonyms of your primary keywords. But dont force it.
