How to recover pass word of my Samsung galaxy grand

Hi , my Samsung galaxy grand get locked as my daughter entered wrong password several times and now everytime I insert sim message shoots up asking my Gmail password which also I forgot ,can someone suggest me how can I recover my password of Samsung galaxy grand ?
