Hi, I have my own eCommerce site which drives huge traffic due to which I am not able to manage inventory and logistics well which turns into delayed order. Can someone give me an advice regarding the above.
You would probably be liable and would have to e-mail clients about the delay and potentially spend some money to not be seen as a terrible user experience e-commerce site. Generally, it's better to disclose delays etc ahead of time.
For a good e commerce business, being true to the client is very important for the delivery of the product. You should be specific in the informing the time of delivery or even the delay of the same.
