I'm curious a bit about how do you manage your online ads. My questions are:
Will you work with a team to manage your ads?
How much money will spend on google adwords or facebook ads?
How much time do you spend on managing ads?

Before going with that I guess you need to inform about them do some research maybe test lit bit. If you find it to hard, than live it to the PROs.

Better to go through Google ads campaign, you can easily get registered there and can post your content with simple approval from Google. It really help to generate high quality traffic on your site site . Regarding the Facebook traffic better to go through Facebook ad campaign ,which are available in reasonable price based on click per month.

Yes, you need to work with your team to manage your ads and it will require studies and analysis on managing the ads to make it effective and competitive on the market.
