How do you manage your team online to serve customers best? I am developing small niche sites and doing just myself. I think it will be more effective if I have a team and build my web projects but I don't have experience on managing time and work each member in the team. Can you guys share your experience?

I'm using Glip because it's the easiest way I have found to communicate with each member in a team, and it support several integrations including trello to manage all the tasks for each project.

What is 500 minutes video chat? limit in a day or month? can I have unlimited chat messages?

Can I manage tasks between members like which one is completed or not yet? etc

Is it easy to manage for people that didn't have experience with it?

We have been using freedcamp to track projects, it seems to work very well. We use Google Drive for document storage and internal system for everything else.

I saw more people are using google drive but don't know what benefits are and why we don't use our own storage?

We used google because we trust their security and privacy. Their ecosystem is also great as email, word, excel, powerpoint, 30 GB driver ...
You can create and share with everyone in your group.

The Google Docs section of Google Drive is amazing. It allows for multiple people to be in the same document making real time edits. As well its accessible from any device any where. There have been many times when I have been traveling and had to pull a spreadsheet in drive on my phone to review numbers during a meeting. The ability to make real time edits to the spreadsheet to see what it does to the other calculations and then discuss in real time with everyone seeing the changes in amazing and invaluable to us.

We don't use a lot of tools however, the ones we do us are fairly integrated with our billing system and monitoring services which are crucial for our business.

1. Slack
2. Jira
3. Google Drive ( Easy to collaborate )

There are many sites that you can use and one of them is Glip, it is known and very convenient. You can easily track and communicate with your teams directly.

Most comments are right. You need to use some kind of project management sofware that your team is logged in to to monitor what they are doing real time. This software would show you their progress, will allow you to speak to them and If necessary correct what they are working on. Examples of Apps you can use are Dropbox, EverNote Business, and Flow.

Another alternative if you have too much to do is that you can hire a virtual assistant to help you manage your team.

Well thats a very nice question and i would like to answer it so that people who are working from their home during this Corona Outbreak can also get an idea.

Basically now i`m using MS Teams as a communication channel for my business. We have online meetings through it
For monitoring my employees i have installed Activ track which lets me to monitor my each employee while he works from
We have also purchased some cloud storage options including Onedrive and Dropbox along some cloud PCs.

So far things are going alright lets see how it goes. If it goes smoothly then in future i would love to work with my team in this way

Well as I don't have team but for Forums I Set a goal for my mod and Admin team for example for the mods I would say close these reports. for the Admin an issue on the forum needs to be fixed so setting goals or having some communication via Slack or Discord even MS Teams is good choice for a business.

As weird as you may see it, we works with Google Docs and Google Docs Spreadsheet. And we talk with Hangouts/emails. Maybe not the best & efficient way to do that, but we don't have time to setup any CRM/ERP software at this time.
