What is the best and fastest cache system for PHP 7?

My website is upgraded to PHP 7.1 but this version is still new and having less caching system that supported it. I want to install a caching for whole my VPS that help speed up my website. What are your recommendations?

I'm not too sure that there is any caching system besides Zend Opcache which would support PHP 7.1, since most of the current caching solutions support 5.x so far.
What webserver do you have currently insatalled on your VPS?

From what I know there are two types of cache, so it depends on what type of caching you are asking about. Last time I heard APC was the fastest!

I am also caring about this, I upgraded to PHP 7.2 but memcached didn't work with this version any more. I am needing a list of caching solutions that work with PHP 7.2

I have only heard of Opcache as the best alternative. I am not sure how other alternatives are as I have come to here of them on this platform.
