Can any one please explain me which SSL service provider is better and more stable for my websites?
I have read this post Cloudflare SSL vs Letsencrypt but if I want to have a comparison between StartSSL and Lets Encrypt because i checked free ssl from Cloudflare and their features are very limited.

All SSLs are essentially the same, especially the free ones.

What I'd consider as the main difference is the trust factor, ie: which certificate authority is the most popular. When people see "Let's Encrypt", they're likely going to associate the name with something trustworthy as they already know it and are familiar with it. When they see "StartSSL", they haven't even heard of it, so it may have less authority from the visitor's perspective.

Just my two cents.

I never heard of StartSSL before, I am using Let's Encrypt and feeling good with it.
The alternatives to these providers are Cloudflare and Comodo SSL, Comodo is not free but it is cheap.

Let's Encrypt has gained popularity over StartSSL. Let's Encrypt is backed by the biggies and it is very unlikely that the trust factor will go down for Lets Encrypt.

Recently Norton's SSL were distrusted & dropped by Google Chrome, this is a major hit to everyone using Norton's SSL.

Lets Encrypt is really a great free SSL, I didn't try Startssl so I have no comment on this provider. For me, LetsEncrypt is easy to integrate into your hosting control panel but just a thing, if you are using a CDN like Cloudflare then it can not be compatible with Cloudflare and you should use SSL from Cloudflare, it is best alternative to LetsEncrypt.

Has anyone here actually used StartSSL? I've never heard of this before, interested in feedback.

Let's Encrypt will be renewed automatically after 90 days. It has automated tool for the installation. StartSSL needs the manual installation.

Let's Encrypt has been approved by the most of the platform. It is most trusted SSL certificate.

Thank you. I don't think a manual solution would be appreciated by our clients, most of them wouldn't want the hassle of doing that.

Unless you are selling SSL services so you will not want to offer a free SSL server on your hosting plan.
Let's Encrypt is really a good free SSL service and you should have it in your hosting feature list to attract new clients.

I wouldn't suggest using StartSSL any more.
An investigation by Google and Mozilla found that WoSign knowingly and intentionally mis-issued certificates in order to circumvent browser restrictions and CA requirements. As a result, Google joined Mozilla and Apple and will distrust WoSign and StartCom certificates beginning in 2017. [33] On July 17, 2017, an announcement was made about the restructuring of the company. It was announced that Startcom is now 100% managed by Qihoo360, no Startcom employees are working on Wosign premises, audits have been made by external pen testers, and a new CMS system was developed.
