Why don't you install NGINX instead cPanel started supporting it long ago. As @AlbaHost said, Apache + NGINX + FPM and Memcache work perfectly for us.

On a cPanel server, the best performance comes from clean tuning, not overloading settings. On my Hostinc dedicated server. I use Litespeed(or well-tuned Apache with PHP-FPM), OPcache enabled, MySQL tuned for RAM(buffer pool, query cache off), and PHP 8.x with proper memory limits. Good I/O. NVMe storage and correct user limits matter more than extreme configuration.
