No one can tell you that..
It's always depends on multiple things such as Server configuration, Website optimization, and much more.

There are several ways to optimize server performance for cPanel servers. Some common issues that users experience include Apache tuning, MySQL query performance, and PHP performance tuning. You may also consider using a reliable PHP MySQL hosting service.

The best thing is to use nginx if possible or atleast apache+nginx+php-fpm redis/memcached and so on.

Best Setting for Apache? :) Why don't you install NGINX instead cPanel started supporting it long ago. As @AlbaHost said, Apache + NGINX + FPM and Memcache work perfectly for us.

You can use cPanel & WHM’s server monitoring tools or third-party add-ons like CloudLinux™ to get more information and control over your server performance. Another option is to use LiteSpeed Web Server, a high-performance Apache drop-in replacement that lowers server load through event-driven architecture.

The best setting for Apache, MySQL, and PHP on a cPanel server may depend on various factors such as your server hardware, traffic volume, application requirements, etc.

Always, a variety of factors, including server configuration, website SEO, and more, come into play.
For cPanel servers, there are numerous techniques to enhance server performance.
Apache tuning, MySQL query performance, and PHP performance optimization are a few of the main challenges that users run into.
You might also think about using a trustworthy PHP and MySQL hosting solution.

Caching can significantly reduce the load on the server by serving pages from memory instead of generating them dynamically for each request. You can use tools like Varnish, Nginx, or Apache mod_cache to implement caching on your server.

On a cPanel server, the best performance comes from clean tuning, not overloading settings. On my Hostinc dedicated server. I use Litespeed(or well-tuned Apache with PHP-FPM), OPcache enabled, MySQL tuned for RAM(buffer pool, query cache off), and PHP 8.x with proper memory limits. Good I/O. NVMe storage and correct user limits matter more than extreme configuration.

But there's no single "magic" configuration that works for everyone; it always depends on your hardware and, of course, the type of website (whether it's a WordPress site, an online store, etc.). However, in cPanel, PHP-FPM usually works well, and enabling OPache is essential. There are other configurations as well, and you can certainly use LiteSpeed to serve static files quickly. It's just that it's complicated; ultimately, what delivers real speed is almost always a fast disk + caching + PHP-FPM.
