Does Plesk onyx disable email send out when license is expired?

I am having a hosting using cPanel hosting control panel and when cpanel license (whm/cpanel) is expire, email send out service is disabled, I want to move my hosting to Plesk Onyx but don't know Plesk onyx disable email send out when license is expired or not?

Not aware of plesk doing it here: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/what-happens-if-plesk-licence-expires-upgrade-to-12-required.342801/ but since whm cPanel and plesk are owned by the same company, i recommend that you try the plesk first before you move all of your websites/accounts.

It happen on cPanel but not on plesk (YET). dont know if they will implement that feature in the future.
FYI having a software running without license will not bring you the updates and this could become a security problem.
