I have a dedicated server that used 2 years, if comparing with servers at this time then its specifications is not good because it is used pretty long time, should I buy a new server and move websites to new server to have better configs at same price?

2 year is not so long, if your CPU is not overloaded and you have enough RAM you don't need to change it unless you need SSD space if not already on it.

If you are comfortable with upgrade or migration processes, then you should consider doing so, especially if you feel it could improve your performance.

The domain that I have been using for more than 1 year has a dedicated server. I think the current server has better specs. Maybe I will move my website to a newer server for better service

You should always consider upgrading to the latest generation of CPU and disks(NVMe) of your server if it fits with your budget.
The advantage is that you will gain more performance on your websites.

It depends on the current usage, many servers including some of our own are up to 10 years old and still performing beautifully. However upgrading to the latest SSD technology is essential, you can always upgrade RAM and CPU depending on the server chassis and mobo.

2 years is not that old.
