hmmm CSF is supposed to upgrade himslef by default. Did you change something in the settings to prevent it?

I didn't change anything there, just enabled it to use.
Where is the option to make it upgrade automatically?

When you install it, it creates a cron job and check for updates by itself and download it automatically.

Do you have the CSF directadmin plugin to manage it from the panel? Install it and then in CSF configuration there is a place where you can put your email so you receive an email when CSF is updating.

I am using v14.01 and it told me it is the latest version. How to upgrade it manually? because I think now it has newer version.

manual update should happen with command "csf -u" . If you still have issues with auto update check the output of the command and see whether there is something wrong. On our test DA server all works good with the latest version

Run the command

Code:
csf -u
It will tell you are running old version or the latest version.

That version is pretty recent. You can always run csf -u. The recent versions do include an update to the new reCAPTCHA API so you may need to grab a new SITEKEY and SECRET for that. Also, a pretty handy command to update all your configserver scripts at the same time is

curl -s http://download.configserver.com/csupdate | perl
