Which is best billing software for reseller client: whmcs, boxbilling or modern billing?

the most known is WHMCS and it also has more plugin which you can buy.

To date, WHMCS is one of the most used billing software in the web hosting industry. Boxbilling is also good but since last 3-4 years there is no update in Boxbilling so it is not recommended to use it.

I would say WHMCS is the best option if you do not have the abilities to build your own bespoke system. It offers so many features straight out of the box and the plugins available for it cover just about anything you may need!
