Billing & Management Software for Reseller Hosting Customer that you own not lease

Questions since market leader whmcs change there billing to monthly and no longer sell owned licences
Does any company sell owned out right Billing & Management Software any more
If so which companies and are they any good
If not Is any one building new Billing & Management Software that is coming to market and may in beta testing

These are questions resellers and hosting customers are asking

Blesta is selling owned license but still WHMCS worth for what we pay.

Blesta and Clientexec are not bad but not better or same than whmcs

You can take a look at box billing , they sale owned licenses . However whmcs is always recommended.

There's also another one called WHSuite. But I'd say WHMCS is the best and well worth the money.

Blesta is a pretty solid and cheap solution.

If it is your hosting customers and resellers asking, you can opt for their reseller program which will offer them the same (or cheaper depending on how you price it) pricing than what they'd get from WHMCS (even before the price increase).

Last I checked Clientexec still sells owned licenses and it is pretty affordable, I would place it second best behind WHMCS in terms of support and functionality. It seems like you are asking about licensing WHMCS or a billing software for your resellers is that right?

the client end up using Clientexec
we own whmcs a license which we have used since they started their company
