If you are using cPanel on VPS you can install ImunifyAV or ClamAV for free to clean up. If its just a shared hosting and you don't have enough experience, its best that you hire someone to do it for you. Only reinstalling wp or plugins won't be enough.
Most of the time there are plugins that are vulnerable or nulled theme /plugin which opens a backdoor to your website.
Sometimes your website security is not enough. You gotta find out that how much damage is already done. Malware cleaning is not something that can be done on a click of a button and you cannot explain it in some simple steps. Its a lot complicated task and should be handled carefully
