You need to login to cPanel and use the Backup Wizard. There are two buttons, backup and restore. If you have root access, better to use Transfer tool from WHM.

Normally I used manually restore website on cPanel because I see that it consumes pretty more time and I am difficult to control the process of restoring.

You must to run the Backup Wizard after logging into cPanel. The backup and restore buttons are present. Use the WHM Transfer

The fastest way is to generate backups or cpmove files which you can restore using cPanel. This will restore everything e.g. files, database and emails

The fastest way to restore your websites on the new server is to use the "WHM Migration Wizard" feature in cPanel. This tool allows you to easily transfer accounts from one server to another. Here are the general steps you can follow:

  1. Log in to the WHM on your new server.
  2. In the "Transfers" section, click on "Migrate Accounts"
  3. In the "Migration Wizard" page, enter the server IP address or hostname of your old server.
  4. Enter your login credentials for the old server.
  5. Select the accounts you want to transfer from the list and click "Migrate".
  6. Wait for the process to complete. This can take some time depending on the size of your accounts.
  7. Once the migration is complete, you should verify that the websites are working correctly on the new server.
Note: Make sure that your old server and new server have the same version of cPanel and WHM.

Keep in mind that the above is just a general web development guide. Be sure to consult the official cPanel documentation for more detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips.
