I have several domains at Namecheap and I saw my renewal price for my domains are increasing, I asked Namecheap and they told me that, I should contact Uniregistry and after that, they said, they can discuss with Enom to make right things on my renewal price. Is Enom changing price? how to check who is original provider of my domain?

Enom and Namecheap are different companies. Enom is a part of Tucows though. What did you find out?

The big majority of web hosting companies are not accredited domain registrars. They are all reselling domain names for enom, goddaddy, openSRS, ...
It's a very different kind of business to provide web hosting and to sell (not resell) domain names.

You can see a list of accredited domain registrar at https://www.icann.org/registrar-reports/accredited-list.html

Namecheap seems a reseller of Enom? not sure about this
but I could get right renewal price for my domain name.
Namecheap is its own company and not affiliated with Enom or anyone else: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Namecheap
NameCheap used to be a reseller of Enom but they've transitioned all the domains under Enom to their own registrar back in January 2018:-
