I have a budget from $700 to $1000 to buy a new PC monitor. I prefer using 27 inches monitor or bigger ones. Which PC monitor should I buy? or which one would you recommend? why?

So if you're wanting to game, ensure you get a 144hz monitor. It's buttery smooth and you will notice a drastic difference going back to 60hz. Preferably with Nvidia G-Sync to prevent screen tearing.

Try to stay clear of TN panels, they're cheap and no good for design.

A nice IPS panel would be nice with a good response time, anything under 5ms.

I could recommend a few but I'll give you the fun to explore with my advice (if you wish) and see what you can find :)
