Hi guys so the world cheap bothers me when people use it when searching for hosts because I think "do you want cheap or do you want affordable?" because cheap says that maybe the client wont get the best service our motto is Better service, at lower rate, the best of both worlds. We will save you money, without sacrificing quality what do you guys think ?

Some people thought it is true with cheap services but some are not. For me, I don't mind using a cheap service if it is a good service that recommended by users before. As my experience then business man wanted to use hosting services for their websites with high price because they think if they use a cheap service then they can get risks.

It doesn't bother me, even it attracted me because I can save my budget for web hosting services. Anyway, I also need to check these services carefully to avoid a waste of time and efforts when transferring websites to it.

I generally label my services as budget or low cost rather than cheap, as I provide quality with my services where as cheap provider's don't.

"Cheap" but not mention/mean "cheap", that is an art in advertising and attracting your customers.

Don't tell them "cheap" but let them see it was "cheap" or "cheaper" than others if they choose you :)

Well, you might not like the word "cheap", but if that is what your potential customers are looking for then you need a landing page optimized for that. Once they are on your page you can show then how "cheap" really means "affordable" and how your service is the best price for the features they get.

I too think the word cheap is more of a google search keyword, often used by customers searching for hosting services.
Customer wants to host site that is not free, cause he needs support, and he does not want to spend too much.
