Can I monitor my VPS server and getting server stats report monthly? I want to check this to make sure that it will not have any downtimes or problems. The report will send to my email in a day of a month as I wanted. Is that possible?

You can use ZABBIX and configure automated reports hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly. Also, there is a veteran NAGIOS with scheduled reporting. Good luck!
