Free google adword credit

When i check some hosting companies, they are providing free ad credit like bing credit, adword credit along with shared web space. How those companies get bulk credit from ad agencies to distribute for hosting clients in free?

They probably have either purchased large amounts as part of a deal or they were able to get excess promos to get that amound from various sources. I bough a book about web building and it came with a free 100 dollar adwords spending. I got the book on sale for very cheap off retail. I imagine companies buy large quantities of items like that.

They can be a partner or just a client of Google adword.

I have just received an email from Google adword and they are offering me $150 free Google adword when I spend $100 for their ads.
