I want to know where is the location of my server, should I check IP address location or something else to know this? Any advice?

If you have an IP address of your server, you can check information on where it is located in any third party WHOIS tools.
In case you do not know how to check it, your server provider should be able to tell you where it is located.

Just type in SSH this command to get geolocation data assigned to your server IP - note this data maybe out of date with geolocation databases so just serves as a guide. If you want real location then ask your web host

This works as a charm, I tried to check on different VPS servers with different locations and it gave exact results

For example

We use https://www.iplocation.net/ which provide us appropriate and exact location with ISP.
