I have cPanel is running on a VPS, normally I can create emails in cPanel but I want to know if its possible to email accounts from SSH?

I will guide you how to create a mail account via SSH. Basically, you can create email account via cPanel with a friendly UI but creating an email account in SSH is completed faster and simpler.
To create email account from SSH, you need to have root account and using CD command to reach out to Scripts directory.
#cd /scripts
When you are moved to script folder, you type ./addpop
At this step, it will ask you for email account name and password.
If you just enter your personal information and press "Enter", your mail account will be created.
This process is simple.

You can also use
/scripts/addpop --email=[email protected] --password=yourpassword --quota=1024
Example :- For domain opsshield.test and want to create an email account test with a password emailpass and quota 1000 use,
/scripts/addpop --email=[email protected] --password=emailpass --quota=1000
/scripts/addpop --email=[email protected] --password=yourpassword --quota=1024

/scripts/addpop [email protected] password quota
and fore remove this one
/scripts/delpop [email protected]

I don't have an answer per se, but a behind the scenes question rather.
How were you able to set up that cPanel without having a hosting account already with another cloud-based provider?
I know that's probably a really green question. I'm in the beginning stages of grasping this and using reverse engineering to comprehend this.
