Is it okay for you to have only a trial VPS for your windows or you need to pay for some good VPS in order to host your own website?

You will be lucky to find any host that provides trial hosting, let alone VPS.
It's open to abuse/spam and is not a sensible option for the host.
Some will give you a discounted rate for the month for example to try it out
