My college is using a hosting service on Siteground and he is getting this error: 504 gateway timeout
Can you tell me what is it and how to fix it?

some error in the ip, firewall problem?

Yeah that's going to be hard to diagnose. Are they using cloudflare infront of the website? Do you have access to any of the error logs?
