Usually, we tend to use a particular or specific web browser because of some various reasons. Below are enumerated reasons I collected from my friends and my colleagues on why they stick to one particular web browser:

1. It loads faster.
This is the common reason and I think the majority one. But technically, I do not really know if the loading duration depends on your web browser. Could someone explain?

2. It gives better search results.
They just like the search results provided. Results are relevant.

3. Everybody is using it.
Some users are just following what is trending. The more users means may be the better.

4. It is what they installed in my computer.
But, some people really do not care. Whatever I have in my computer, that is it.

What about you? What web browser do use and why?

As per my experience, Google chrome and FireFox are the best web browsers. They have number of extensions which we can enable for the various features like reloading web page, sound on receiving email tec. Both are light weight browsers and take less time to load.

The loading time is really high for the both browsers that they can load the pages very fast. It also depend on what type of pages you are accessing.

I agree with 24x7serverman. I use either chrome or firefox and most of the time I go for chrome. They are very reliable to use they truly load faster compared to other browsers. What I like about Google Chrome is the way the display their bookmarks right below the address box which I find very visible and easy accessible. I just use my Mozilla Firefox when sometimes Chrome doesn't perform at its best.

I use Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Google Chrome because aside from it's fast loading time, I use Google for email, logging in to social networking sites, advertising and some researches required for school. It gives you anything you want in a fast, reliable and organized way. For Microsoft Edge, it is the browser installed in my computer. It is a more complicated browser. It allows you set aside tabs and to go back to tabs you have set aside. It takes atleast 3 seconds to load a website even if your connection is fast. The main search engine is not Google but Bing. But if you want to, you can change it in the settings option. Microsoft Edge does not allow you to select a word or an image and use "Search Google for Image", but "Ask Cortana" option is there, though it just gives you answer from Bing.

I use google chrome all the time. It's the only web browser that I trust.

Mozilla Firefox? I haven't been using it since a year ago as sometimes, it takes a tad too long to load pages.

I'm not sure why but I'm facing issues with my Microsoft edge saying that all of my web pages are " unavailable ".

I use chrome every time I surf the internet because it is fast and secured than other browsers. It is a complete package itself I don't have to download any plugins because it has all i need. What i like the most about chrome is its incognito mode, I feel a lot safer with it. The built in offline game of chrome is fun to play.

I use Google Chrome and have used it since it came out.
Before that, I used Firefox.
I still have Firefox installed, and I use only occasionally.

Hmm, that's a tricky one.
To tell you the truth I first started out as a vanilla IE user, then I discovered firefox and I thought ok this is what a ferrarri would be if it were a browser, but firefox turned out to be (at the time) a resource vampire so I switched to Chrome, which is fine and fast and all that, but I read somewhere that it's the least private browser and that spiked my paranoia up immensely so I went back to Firefox and installed Flashblock and Noscript, which led me to much faster browsing but some website would be broken unless I allowed scripts manually.

All in all Chrome has the better performance, but if you're paranoid then I'd say Firefox with plugins.
Also, I use opera mini for my mobile device, anybody used opera on laptop or desktop can give some feedback?

I use chrome... google chrome. It has market with tons of free plugins. But that's not the only reason. I also really like design of this browser. Not the most important part for most of people, but for me it is important :)

I only have 2 browsers to choose from. It could either be Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, but I prefer Chrome over the other. Google Chrome is more convenient to use compared to other browsers. You just type what you're looking for in the search bar and shows you relevant results from Google. When I say "relevant" I really mean "relevant". It's results are exactly or really close to what you're looking for. In short, I find this browser as the most reliable browser according to my knowledge. Mozilla Firefox, on the other hand, is a browser I used before Chrome was launched. It also has satisfying features and much better to use compared to other old browsers like Internet Explorer. Now, I only use Firefox whenever Chrome has maintenance/server issues. It would be my back-up browser in-short.

I always use Google Chrome as my personal browser and for surfing the internet. I guess the speed of this browser is much better than the other browsers. Chrome has a clean and organized surface that makes it easy to surf the internet. The other factor that really affects the user to use chrome is the security. Chrome always updates their system so that no malicious attempts will disturb the work of the browser. Also, i can call Chrome as a platform independent because you can find it in any platform you have even if it is ios, android, Mac OS systems, Windows, etc. So it means it can be use by anyone!
