Companies offering real traffic to a site, how?

Hi

I have seen individuals offer real human traffic sent to a website for a small fee, from thousands up to a million visitors.

They advertise the traffic is from real humans and can be tracked within Google Analytics.

Anyone know how they do this? How does it work?
