Is it possible to setup rDNS on a Shared Hosting environment?

Hello,
I want to setup rDNS on one of my Websites. It's on a shared web hosting environment. Is it possible to setup rDNS on shared web hosting? If yes, how can I do so?

If there is shared hosting server then it is not possible to set rDNS. You should have dedicated IP address for the site for setting the rDNS, without dedicated IP address it is not possible.

Well, if I purchase a dedicated IP for my Website, how will I proceed then?

On shared hosting environment you cannot setup for rdns as server is shared among many users, but to setup for rdns you need dedicated IP and this setup can find out through many informative articles which are present online go with Google search for complete information.
