OpenVPN control panel?

I would like to know if there are any Control Panels for OpenVPN? I've noticed there are lots of companies selling vpn or vps with tun/tap enabled for openvpn usage. I am looking for a guide with creating users and setting expiration date...etc..for their account.
Your comments would be great.

there are some admin panels for OpenVPN available on github like this one : https://github.com/Chocobozzz/OpenVPN-Admin,
and also some bash script to automate user creation : https://github.com/Angristan/OpenVPN-install
