I checked and wanting to buy 1 new dedicated server with price $69/month from OVH
Basic configuration
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1245v5 - 4c/8t - 3.5GHz /3.9GHz
RAM: 32GB DDR4 ECC 2133 MHz
Disks: SoftRaid 2x2TB

but with this budget I can get 2 decent VPS server with price $30 each one from 2 different hosting companies. What do you think about this idea. which is better?
I am needing your advice.

1 dedicated server can be better than 10 VPS servers because it uses dedicated resources which is not shared with other nodes.
I am using both dedicated server and VPS so I think If you have a good budget, dedicated server is always the first choice.

All the new range of OVH VPS use KVM so they are as "dedicated" as any dedicated server along with being cloud powered by Openstack so you will never get hardware failure.

KVM Openstack VPS are better than dedicated servers is every way apart from port speed which is 100mps on VPS.

I don't understand this, so the port speed will dedicated which is better between VPS and dedicated server?
Although I know other factors can be important but just want to know which will decide "the winner" for this question.

VPS port speed are lower than dedicated servers (100Mbps against 250Mbps or 500Mbps). But the only point to remember is : do you need 32Go DDR4 RAM to run your websites ? Do you need 500Mbps to deliver your assets to your visitors ? Do you need more than the 10TB traffic ?
The answer is probably no, until you are going to host several VPS on a dedicated server to handle very high traffic.

VPS are cheap, fast enough for web hosting (especially with SSD, when the dedicated server posted by the OP use classic hard drives and will probably be slower than a VPS SSD which cost $13/mo).

It provide guaranteed resources (with KVM) to host your websites without having to worry about hardware components (If you Soft RAID fail, how will you do to fix it ?).
And dedicated server do not provide a backup system (like snapshots or copy/clone) and require to configure disk partitions and RAID storage. Are you sure to know how to do ?

Its all about your requirement, time and technical skill to manage the system/hardware and the provider prefernece. If you need a single but dedicated resources with more memeory and CPU and you are ok to go with a budget provider like OVH, you can handle OS installation and other basic things, etc above is a good choice. If you just need a decent platform with multiple instances which should work in a few clicks, you may go with some VPS providers.

Crazy idea, why not virtualize the dedicated server? Sometimes it's nice to just have projects virtualized for backup and recovery purposes. You can do this on your own dedicated server, helps you know that all the resources are dedicated to your projects. There are many platforms out there that make this an easy task to manage. End of the day it really depends on the project, do you have one project or many?

Off-course! Dedicated server is the best choice. It will have the good server configuration and the resources. Instead of hosting the two servers separately, it's recommended to have the single server. It will become easy for you to manage and secure the server. You can setup the monitoring on the single server which will become easy for you to handle.

It will be easy for you to setup the backup too. If the projects are different then go with one else dedicated server is recommended.

Definitely dedicated server would be 10 times better choice than VPS server. If you never have budget issue then I'm sure you would buy a complete server without sharing. Although VPS is is near to dedicated server a server slice would be your but, did it satisfy you. A slice? You would defiantly prefer a complete server where no other user.

for webhosting, its better 1 dedicated server only, so no need to pay cpanel license & other license for another machine/virtual machine
