How did you name your hosting company? what is your story? is there a way to have a good and professional hosting company name. I would start a reseller or a shared hosting company but I don't have any experience on this field. It would be great if you share some suggestions.

A name is not going to effect anything if your service is not good. You could be called doodoohosting.com be a huge success, quality service is what's important. When something is good people will buy regardless of the label you put on it. Just pick something and go with it instead of wasting time with names, you can easily re brand later if you want.

Hosting company name might actually help. Its always the first impression and one of the first thing people will see is the name or the label. It might or can attract consumers. But just make sure you have a good service because they will expect a lot base from the brand name you choose.

Hi David,

Everybody has a different opinion on this subject, if you ask me, I have different too.
I always read popular blogs and think what is missing and how can I contribute to the community of internet world.

I wanted to share my knowledge about Web Hosting, I thought I should start a blog.

The biggest task was to choose a domain name, I took 10 days to choose WebHostingInsights.com.
Do you know why?
The reason was simple, I was looking in the name what shows that the website should have everything about a hosting. That's why I took this name. I am trying my best to cover everything about a host which will take time but yes you feel happy.

You should also think before starting a shared hosting/reseller hosting website.
If your name is not good and your website gets popular, you feel at that time, why you have not chosen it rightly.

I have also done the same mistake, and before 3 years ago I shutdown one of my favorite website where I was getting more than 2500+ visitors per day.

I don't have any regret on my decision but yes I don't want anyone else to commit the same mistake again.
Choose your domain name wisely and start your website.
