Should i trust technology for my security? For example should i trust my document or email in technology or should scan it and keep it at home this are some of the question that many people disagree with

I can say that we can depend on technology but trusting security is an issue. More hackers worldwide are smart enough to interfere with these securities. But it is also you responsiblity to secure your self from them. Although technology is a tool to help us from these hackers.

With regards of technology referring to internet , one of the basic truths behind Internet security is that the Internet itself is not a secure environment. The Internet was originally conceived as an open, loosely linked computer network that would facilitate the free exchange of ideas and information. Data sent over the Internet, from personal e-mail messages to online shopping orders, travel through an ever-changing series of computers and network links. As a result, unscrupulous hackers and scam artists have ample opportunities to intercept and change the information. It would be virtually impossible to secure every computer connected to the Internet around the world, so there will likely always be weak links in the chain of data exchange. So for me, although it is almost helpful, we should not trust too much on this.

I would suggest, instead of relying on the technology, you should have your own security aspect so your data won't be hacked or spammed. You should have the antivirus, spam detector, all necessary tools which will reduce the chances of hacking.

You will need to make sure that the system from where you are accessing emails, your other accounts has the latest antivirus installed on it and you should perform the periodical scanning there to avoid the other consequences.

Technology is part our everyday lives. Whatever we do, as a citizen, we need security of course to be safe. We are living in a modern world and part of being modern is technology. We should trust it. We just have to be responsible enough to protect our own security and identity. That is why we have password, antivirus and etc. that we really need to utilize.

In real life, we don't often fully trust anybody with our safety. We still remain on guard sometimes. Same goes in the cyberworld. Trusting wholly would be negligence. We take risks in everytime we input data in the internet. We sometimes don't even mind it at all, that already signifies thatbwe are trusting.
Should you trust technology with your safety?
We don't really have a clear choice in this one.
Technology is already part of our security system and being upgraded from time to time to ensure that it will do its job. Our security system would be less efficient without all the technology input into it. Now, since there's a lot of new security products online, you don't really have to trust it with all off your safety measures. At the end of the day, it is still you who have to ensure of your safety, and you who have to choose the technology to trust.

We should trust sometimes but we need our security support backup because there are lots of instances that technology fails to give their main function and it is natural. Technology is not perfect because the creator (humans) itself are not perfect.

More and more technology is coming every year we have a new technology for me before you trust the technology you need to learn if technology you used is legit site for your security. For me you can trust technology but you need to search or to review like a online bussness u need to checked and review the site before you trust same a bank you need to check if the bank that u deposit is legit or complete in docoments for now i trust technology because i used it for sending money and the security is verry legit because when sometimes we have try to log in my account my phones ring and tung and tell me if this is me all information give if where and take a picture its verry nice for me because security is verry owesome thats why i trust technology that i used.

I'm not saying that you should not rely on security of technology but of course other sites is safe with your accounts just be careful and be more observant on the site you'll be inputting all your documents, you'll need to have safety requirements to be more sure for your security. be a researcher before trusting your personal information so that you'll not be in trouble for trusting all your documents.

yeah you should trust technology for security Purpose it is proven so many times and things that is invented for that reason .
for example in the door security bank more often use magnetic lock to prevent robbery. technology is develop faster than you expected. it will make our economy grow and more secure as ever

Technology can make or break us. It depends on how we deal with it. There are so many ways that we can be secured in this aspect of endeavor, not to mention online bankings, credit card application, setting of passwords in cellular phones, and many more. On the other hand, when we talk about security, we don't easily trust anyone or anything because our lives depends on it. Before we trust someone we must know fully about it and the same goes for technologies, you must not fully rely on it especially when it comes to security basis. People nowadays are dependent in technology because it has so many uses and it makes our lives easier. We achieved a lot of things because of technology but when it comes to security or when it comes to saving your files and documents in technology i recommend having a back up file before saving it in the internet or in any technologies because it's not at all times that your files are secured in the technology and also i recommend you to do a research on the site or place you want to save your file so that you know if it is legit or not. so therefore don't fully trust technology when it comes to safety and security.

Trusting our technology for security is a hard thing to do. The reason for this is that there is also a technology made by wicked people that deviates from the law. Living in this world of technology is the same with gambling. We can deal with somebody but there is no certain that the best will happen all throughout even how careful we are.

Trusting technology for our own security is just like how you would protect yourself or belongings against theft or troubles. You will never know when bad things happen, most of the time, they happen when you least expect them.

What we normally do is to safeguard ourselves to prevent or minimize our mishaps. For security reasons, we install latest antivirus softwares , do regular backup of important files, avoid opening files from unknown sources, update or change our passwords on a regular basis and other protection measures. For sensitive information, I photocopy hard copies not just scan them.

For personal safety is concerned, I adhere in the saying "Trust no one except thyself."

Yes but do not give your 100% trust considering that there are a lot of people nowadays who is capable in hacking different accounts and sites. You should still need to be cautious every time even you had the state of the art technology.

As technology advances, scammers also advance. You cant trust the internet. There is no information that is 100% safe. Anything is hackable.

In a world where many people have access to technology, it is very hard to say that it is safe. Technology is one of the greatest inventions of all time, technology help us to make our school or office work easy. When it comes to technology I can say that as long as know know your limits in using it, it is safe. We need to be responsible enough in using the technology, we need to follow the rules and regulations. I can say that because of the technology I can easily sent files to my coworkers and we can exchange files immediately if needed.For the very long time I have sent files through emails I never experience my files to corrupt, leak or lost. I used my email for sending files only, I never used my emails in other types of work, we need to secure our emails and sure that if you used your email for work don't use it in another type of transaction.
Always remember that do not let others know your account and password. As long as you used the application in the right way there will no problem.

If they are really important documents I would prefer having them printed in a paper and keep it in a safe place. If that would calm your mind. However, in social media, as they always say, never divulge any information that are too personal. You never know who's watching your profile.

Well you can at least try the security thru technology, but if you feel unsecured after trying please do print those you think is so important document that you do not want to put at risk. Or save it on an external hard drive you have, hide it somewhere. It's better to have a backup copy or hard copy of documents that we think is important to us.
