I'm a new member here and wanted to say hello to everybody, so Hello!
I happened across this forum and found a lot of great information on some of the things that I am working on and that are of interest to me so I thought that I would join in to learn more and help other members when possible. I'm looking to learn more about the technical side of web hosting and found so many great discussions with a wealth of information already and I have just scratched the surface so I am sure I find lots of information gems while browsing the forum.
I have been around websites for a while but never have gotten to much into the web hosting aspects of things other than taking care of my needs using my shared hosting that I have always used for my sites. I am looking to get into a VPS soon and already posted a thread asking for some advice and help since a VPS and it's setup is all foreign to me.
I look forward to getting involved and helping out when I can. I am a newbie at a lot of the technical stuff so if you see me ask a seemingly dumb question, please keep that in mind. :chair:
