Most of us don't bother to read the terms of service because it takes some time and people don't want to wait. Sometimes I try to read some portion of the terms of service but not always. I read reviews from others to know about it more

Term of Service on any website is important and always the same. Its about rules or regulations that users must agree in order for him/her to use the certain website, if you know already what it means then why bother reading it. If you think the website you're on or you're webhost doesn't have any suspicious activity then you're good to do what you wanted to achieve.

I browse it really fast and only look at the those with significant looking information. I believe that many don't because well, they're boring stuff and that's the truth. I know it's important but they're like technicalities that you actually won't understand well even if you read word for word.

For me personally I don't usually read the terms and services, especially in downloading online games. And as what I have observed, many of us are disregarding the teems of service because it would cost a lot of time reading it especillay when we are in a hurry not knowing the advantages and disadvantages of it. But I think we need some encouragement with regards to the terms of service because it seems that people are not really interestes in reading it anymore.

Most probably 98% of the people do not read the Terms of Service. One reason is it's too long, sometimes too small in font case and too complex to even understand. The remaining 2% are the partial readers--those whore are reading one to two sentences and then scan the whole document. I bet when one user is too keen to understand the Terms of Service, instead of reading the long explanation, they may find searching it in Google and looking for reviews and summary of the Terms is still chosen instead of reading the entire thing.

Honestly, I don't read them unless am referred back to it or something attracts me to a paragraph of the document. I find too long to read.

Yes, because there might be some information that i might be interested in or something that is really important as well.
In some small sites that i just create an account for fun I don't really read the whole terms and conditions but in the vast majority yes.

You always have to read the terms of service. Especially when you sign up for a new host for your website, forum blog or whatever. You're talking about hitching your business wagon and possibly your meal ticket or future nest egg and entrepreneurial venture to these people. It's very important that you know what you're agreeing to and who you're joining up with so in the future, you won't have to relocate to a new host and suffer critical downtime.

I always read terms and service because it is important just like a contract signing it involves your personal detail and most important thing here is knowing if there is charger or payment need to pay before you agree terms and service

I don't read them most of the time, all I know is that it only discusses your agreement with the service provider on not misusing their service and how they take action accordingly. Most of the time, I only read it when I need it, specially when I encounter challenges along the way with the service provider. On the other hand, who takes advice from non-readers? Joking aside, I've tried reading most part and most of them just contain how they can legally take action depending on the circumstance you get yourself into. As long as you are not a violator by nature, you are safe (hopefully).

It's embarrassing but honestly, I don't read the Terms of Services because it's just too long. It takes time to read the page long conditions they provided that I believe is relatively the same with the other websites' terms. I understand that those terms are disseminated and needed to be read by the customers to full enjoy the service without conflict but users value their time. I hope they can shorten the terms or at least make it easier for us by converting it in a video form perhaps or as info-graphics.

Sometimes I don't give care about the terms of service because it's too long to read but we should read that.

I don't and I won't. If they can make it a little shorter, concise, and brief then maybe I'll change my mind. Until then, I won't read any terms of Service on whatever matter cause to be honest, they are all the same (I think).

I do not read it most of the times because it takes time. You only need to register and yet there are a lot of things you have to read on. Why not summarize them for the common good? I think all of us, nowadays, do not read it at all and click right away the "I agree" button.

Yes, I do always read Terms of Service especially when I've found the site best suits my forum. Also, when everybody is gabbing about new found ones, I'm usually checking the Terms of Service because I'm pretty skeptical and I want to know more about them.

I read the terms of service but it depends on the product/service that I am using. I agree that some of them are just the same but it's our responsibility to do so; scanning a page will do. I guess, it's better to read it than not knowing information and regret later.

I read the terms and services but not the whole paragraph. I used scanning and skimming method just to be safe. I know that all of them have the same content but sometimes I consider that maybe there is rule that others have none.

I am guilty of not reading the 'Terms of Service' due to its long narrative however, I do my research on the company/manufacturer's products or services before I commit myself in purchasing or availing of their service/product. By researching, I would read the reviews, go to forums or watch 'Youtube'. This gives me a broad idea if the company is scam or legit.

I usually don't read the terms of services, just a quick scan of what i think is important. But when i do purchase, install or use something, i always do some research and check some feedback's. But still it is advice-able to read or just quickly scan it.
