I often use Calibri and Tahoma. But I know there are tons of good fonts out there. I am just curious as to what you guys are using? Do you have favorite fonts? And how do you use them?
I often mix the two and somehow they are showing good results. :)

Cheers!

How about Kaushan Script font. I am also using this font to create my logo on my WordPress theme site. Also I have used Cyberverse font in my logo for my site Mayohost. I love to see that these font make a huge difference in the overall presentation of your website.

Simple is better and advised fonts is more presentable than other stylish fonts. I always use Times new Roman and Tahoma as a default font for every presentation. I know there are lots of options right there for font selection but i prefer to choose which is readable, understandable and used by most presenters.

Beauty is in simplicity. The fonds Verdana and Ariel comply with this wise statement most in my opinion. Both serve perfectedly for a text and when higlighted can be used in headlines. Thanks to the fact that they haven´t got a complicated design our eyes can meet them in several contexts. I like to use them as I don´t need to worry if everyone is able to read them properly. This universality comes handy whenever I tackle a document or a presenation, which is nowadays increasingly often.

I really like to use the font Century Gothic, because it's easily readable. I use it for reports that doesn't require a specific font. I also use it for powerpoint presentations. I also like Complex. High Tower Text, and Stylus BT which looks really trendy! :)

Hi! For me, it's also Calibri. It's elegant and appealing. But of course, there are some things that we need to consider on using fonts for our website. The most important is, it should be compatible with the topics that you have on your website. Readability is also very important because the number of characters per line is important when working with texts on the web. It should be easy to read. It may sound easy but choosing what font to use is very stressful for me and it's time consuming for a perfectionist like me.

I often use them too in creating a logo for my website and it is a perfect font to use however there are some graphical design which does not fit with this fonts or doesn't look good used with it. But most recommended is the simplified text fonts for a better and fair result and reviews from any other viewers.

This quite often depends on the project. I can't use the same font for every project because that just wouldn't work. Times New Roman is great for online resumes for example but it's been used a million times. If you want it to stand out a little try Garamond or Helvetica. Georgia is a great font for anything online such as websites since it will also display well in small type size and was actually designed with computer screens in mind.

Typography has a few major categories such as; modern, decorative, sans serif, slab serif, antique, etc. Look into those types and find out what kind is best for you to use in each project then head over to Google fonts. (Yes, some of them have a cost to use!) Another good rule is to use two different fonts that contrast nicely with each other. Garamond and Helvetica italic for example.

During school days we commonly use Times New Roman or Calibri for formality. Now you can use any font style you want. It can also add attraction with your page. Me, I commonly use Lucida Sans and Courier New. I'm also trying to use unique fonts that can bring styles specially on headings. You can also try downloading on internet for some.

My favorite fonts are:

Arial
Times New Roman
Tahoma
Courier
Century Gothic

As you can see, these are just the most commonly used fonts because for me the simpler the better.

I always use Arial and Times New Roman fonts, as these are my best fonts and favorite too. These fonts I have been using since my school days. As being a website developer and graphic designer I have to type a text and choose a font daily for that I have to use such fonts which are clear and readable. Arial and Times New Roman fonts are easy-to-read text and mostly used for writing resumes. Arial is used by creative and marketing people whereas Times New Roman is used by corporate and industrial people. These two fonts are very compatible in any browser for reading.
So, for all I can say using these two fonts are simple, clear and safe to use.

I personally like Arial and Tahoma. Sometimes I adjust the size of letters and dye them. A bad font can be a huge turn off if you ask me. But obviously, a good one can attract lots of people, it can be easy for an eye to catch and read. I normally don't use too many sentences alltogether, instead I try to separate them with pictures.
