Hey, anyone would like to share their experience's advertising a web hosting business on bing/yahoo or other reputable cpc ad networks?

So far my experience with google is not so good. Conversions are way less compared to amount spent.

You will spend much less however conversion will not be much higher.
You also tend to get less valuable customers on bing/yahoo from my experience.

Do you know if certain countries have better conversion rates that others on bing?

I've been trying to optimize my ad, getting alot of cheap clicks conversion is really low

I have not tried Bing or Yahoo because they are expensive and requiring high budget ad but I tried CPC and ad networks, its pricing is more cheaper and good conversions. The second option is forum and high traffic site which related to your niches, it will work best to convert visitors into potential customers for your sites.

I wasn't aware Yahoo was particularly relevant anymore. I would certainly wait to see what happens with the Verizon buyout before dishing any money into it.

Bing and Yahoo aren't really considered well known search engines in terms of use these days. Almost everyone uses Google at this point. I think it may be different for some countries but you will end up putting in the same amount of work and getting less in return. You pay for what you get, so to speak.
