I believe in the following points when it comes to becoming a good hosting provider

- Security, Security, Security!!
- Weekly Offsite Backups
- 24x7/365 days support
- Latest node hardware ( especially server grade hardware )

Being honest is one of the most important points to be a Good hosting provider.

Be honest to customers about your servers, network, support etc. If you cannot offer 24/7 support, mention on your website the limited support hours.

If you have low configuration servers, be honest and inform the same to your customer if they ask.

If your servers have any ongoing issue, be honest and inform the same to customers.

Customers will appreciate your honesty and will be patient if any adverse situation arises.

Let's make it easy, We have been providing web hosting to our customers since 2012 and got lots of positive feedbacks in terms of reputations on other forums, comments, reviews etc. So as per my expereince believe the Strong factor to get positive feedbacks is SUPPORT.

If your support is awesome then people will like your company and your services, there are most of the customer wants their problems should be solve almost instantly without waiting replies on the ticket etc. I know its quite difficult to provide instant support in most of the big problems but still we can try our best to solve them instantly on the live chat. Here are the few points which i think should play a major role in positive feedbacks:

1. Instant Support
2. Friendly Behaviour of company's representatives
3. 24*7 support Availability
4. Strong Privacy
5. Protection against any attack like ddos etc
6. Instant order setup

To be a good hosting provider one has to provide all the necessary factors like, fully managed 24X7 Support, performance hardware, No Hidden Costs, Free setup, affordable price, 100% Uptime, etc.
But one thing that customers appreciate is honesty of the web host and if any hurdles prevent in getting a solution the web host informs the client about that hurdle. It will be valued by the customer, and the goodwill of the company will increase.

In this industry, it all boils down to customer service.

You can have the best equipment, the best features, and the best prices, but if you can't answer a ticket/live chat/or phone call fast - you won't succeed.

Good customer service will generate all the positive reviews you need to be successful.

rasanjanad you start with good offers but most of them looks fake because the support of your side is always off i saw some reviews telling that your servers are down most time ?

Just be honest about your services, pricing, offers, support, issues, etc. Never oversell, never make promise that are impossible to keep also have no downtime at all. Give no chance for your clients to complain at all.

In my personal opinion, a good web hosting provider is providing what they offers and maintaining the quality of services.
Support, good hosting features, pricing are one of the most important things for a customer and it will tell you if that's a good hosting provider or not.
