Definate +1 for Tawk.To

The basic service is free, but they've also added monetizing options such as paid attendants, ability to remove branding, and voice and video chat!

Plus while the live analytics aren't as great as some of the paid services they are pretty good, and the free apps for Windows/MacOS/Android and iOS are excellent!

In Tawk.to can we able to take 2 chats at a time? Is there any restriction.

I have not seen any restrictions. I have successfully been able to open 2 chats, in the desktop client at the same time, either 2 new chats, or one old one new, or 2 old to use them for research or info on a client.

I can also monitor my employees and help them during a chat. When working with new employees I often sit near their desk and monitor their chats from my client, and give them advice on how to answer as they need it. It helps with the employee's confidence because a manager isn't always stepping right in, and my customers get the best help straight from the get go and learn to trust your employees.

That being said, I can easily "hijack" a chat if needed, and step in from my client.

I only do it when they are training, and so far it's acted as more of a confidence booster than anything else.

Go with Tawk.to , we have been using it for years and found no regrets. It has applications for windows,android so you can just download it and use, web portal also seems fine.
