Shared or reseller hosting would be a good choice, what are you requirements in terms of storage, bandwitdh and what is the monthly budget? Do you have in mind any specific location from where your visitors will be coming from?

Look for providers that offer locations in the middle east and ask them to provide you with a test IP, that way you can check out the latency.

Since the middle east area tends to be on the more expensive side for hosting services if you can't find the desired requirements within the given budget search for providers within europe that offer good routing to the desired location.

needs to note the number of visitors, because there are some shared hosting services which can not accommodate the number of visitors to the website /day

Hi,
If you are comfortable with Europe location, we do have 6 locations available for deployments.
we do offer cloudflare railgun and SSD as standard.

You might be able to deploy managed VM in one of our location and keep the budget under control.
Test IP can be found here.

As you will be on own cloud server, you won't be in need of cloudlinux. as resources will be dedicated and can be upgraded anytime.
Even with apache and Nginx as reverse proxy; you will be in good hands.

Free free to get in touch with us.

Are you expecting any of the websites to be bandwidth heavy? Are all of them going to use wordpress except the ecommerce one?

There are quite a few providers which offer CloudFlare CDN that also include Railgun, you should contact providers if Railgun comes included with CloudFlare, that way your list of options would expand. Hostgator has been sold to EIG, which is famous for its bad to non-existent support and long response times. If you are looking for quality service with good support small to mid sized providers are going to be your best choice.

I visited your site but I don't see SSL there.

Where and how to setup SSL such as the image above?

In the image above, you are seeing an "Extended Validation SSL". If I remember correctly, to apply for an EV certificate you need a legal entity such as an LLC or Corporation and they will verify that it is in good standing.

Upon visiting your main website, the only thing I noticed is there wasn't an auto redirect to SSL. While not essential unless in the client area, I think Google is rewarding sites that use full SSL with better search engine rankings.

Yeah I need a label like that for my site, I can setup it for a free ssl service such as Cloudflare or Letsencrypt?

Where is the guide for this?

I think so, if I am using full SSL for my site but the problem I don't know how to set the label as the image above.

As far as I am aware, there is not free EV SSL, and in fact they usually run quite expensive. I think the cheapest I have seen them is around $100 USD. Cloudflare and Letsencrypt will provide a standard ssl certificate without warranty or assurance. Upon purchasing a cert, the certificate authority will provide you details on how to verify your entity with them.

Hello,
Thanks @StartVM for all given Insights.

I visited your site but I don't see SSL there.

Please visit Client Area.
It is Comodo Extended SSL.

ALL requirements for EV Certificates MUST be verified directly with the government registration authority, or a Qualified Independent Information Source, or via a legal opinion or accountant letter as applicable. The basic verification requirements are:

A. Verify Legal Existence and Identity
This entails verifying the organization registration directly with the incorporating or registration agency.

B. Verify Trade/Assumed Name as applicable.
Only applicable if company does business under a name which is different from the official name of their corporation. Trade name must be registered and verifiable.

C. Verify Operational Existence
This means that we must verify that the company is able to conduct business operations. Typically this means that the company has a current active demand deposit account with a regulated financial institution.

D. Verify Physical address and organization phone number

E. Verify Domain ownership

F. Verify the name, title, authority and signature of the person(s) involved in requesting the certificate and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Upon visiting your main website, the only thing I noticed is there wasn't an auto redirect to SSL. While not essential unless in the client area, I think Google is rewarding sites that use full SSL with better search engine rankings.
You are correct.

Yes. Free letsencrypt, I & Comodo do perform domain ownership check only and good starting point. But having Extended SSL is proof that, certificate authority verified your legal existence.
It is costly and time consuming process for certificate authority as well, Extended SSL won't be coming cost free any time soon.

If you match the requirements, You can set up Extended SSL as low as $34.99 per year with us.

Please refer comodo checklist.
checklists might be little different as per certificate authority.

Note :
You have to turn off Privacy protection for your domain; If you are using one.
This Certificate Issue process May consume time; please keep all requirements ready if you wish to save time.
