Can I install a simple mail server in LAMP?

I read guides on the forum and It is possible to create LAMP on my hosting but installing a mail server does a big problem with me. How can I install a mail server to send and receive mail in LAMP, especially I like to have an user interface to manage my emails.

Exactly I need one to manage emails with an interface, it's easier to manage email from terminal.

Can you share more details on how to install and configure it? this is part I feel the most difficult when using LAMP server.

cPanel is not just a control panel it's a one size fits all hosting solution. with a cPanel server common services like LAMP and email are installed and ready to use.

If you are talking about managing mail queues and such then yes it's easier to do from the terminal, however reading and sending email is not great from the terminal.

No I mean I want to have an email management tool, not cPanel because I used LAMP then not cPanel or other hosting panels.

Yes you can use SendGrid for sending emails in Lamp
